Ordering AgreementAll sales are final, unless otherwise noted. After an order has been sent to prepress department, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of that order, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed for that order. In such cases, the customer will be charged a $25 cancellation fee, which would be in addition to any fees charged for proofs if applicable. In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed for that order.
Changing Files Once Sent to PressOnce a job has been approved by customer and "sent to press" onChurchINK.com web site, no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. In some cases, changes may be allowed with a charge. Turnaround TimesWe start counting the turnaround time when acceptable artwork has been provided. Orders received without acceptable artwork will be considered PENDING. Orders sent to press after 9pm Eastern Standard Time will begin counting turnaround time the next business day. If you order a proof (hard or soft copy), turnaround begins when we receive proof approval. Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "PENDING" and your turnaround time will be reset within our internal system. For jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, turnaround begins when we have the artwork needed to print your order, not from when the order is first submitted. ChurchINK assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.ComplaintsAll complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the order creation. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.Sales TaxAll Texas orders are subject to sales tax. If a customer is tax exempt, exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us with the first job.Color ReproductionColor reproduction is not guaranteed and by placing an order, you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job shall constitute acceptable delivery. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. Acceptable File TypesFiles submitted must be TIFF, JPG, PDF or EPS format, all layers flattened, and fonts converted to outlines. PDF is the preferred format.Material and Size VariationsYou agree to variations in materials, including paper, ink, coating and shipping supplies as well as slight variations in finish size up to 0.125”. Preparatory MaterialsArtwork, type plates, negatives, positives, and other items when supplied by the printer shall remain the printer’s exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.Over Runs and Under RunsOver runs or under runs not to exceed 10% on quantities ordered up to 10,000 copies and / or the percentage agreed over or under quantities ordered above 10,000 copies shall constitute acceptable delivery.
